Our work
Naming
Serein is a space that aims to bring tranquility, nature, and balance to residents’ lives. We wanted to embody all of these
qualities in the name and logo. This elegant name creates a sense of calm phonetically, visually, and by definition.
It was also important for the brand name to translate well in both French and English.
Serein is the french word for ‘serene’,meaning calm, peaceful, or tranquill.
The Logo
We needed to create a logo system that would be versatile enough to work across all of the materials
Serein was looking for, from their website, to digital catalogues and ads, and print marketing.
Serein’s logo features a custom lettermark and wordmark, inspired by the nature both on-site and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
The Website
The Serein website uses one of our brand new single scroll property themes, Sage. The Sage theme perfectly suits the Serein brand,
and features everything they were looking for including large image sections, amenities lists, a custom floorplan navigator,
and an inquiry form right on the page.
Marketing Materials
Serein required a variety of print and digital materials for use on-site, online, and round the neighbourhood. We created cohesive
floorplan sheets and a digital catalogue for prospects to hold onto. We also designed flyers featuring Serein's great
location and amenities that were posted at the nearby hospital and surrounding businesses.
