Rentsync expanded its presence in Canada’s rental housing market through the acquisition of Rentals.ca, a national rental listing marketplace.

Rentals.ca continues to connect renters with available rental properties across Canada through its consumer marketplace and network of rental listing sites.

Rentsync merged with Building Stack, expanding the company’s technology beyond rental marketing and lead management into leasing and resident workflows.

The combined capabilities helped broaden the Rentsync offering across a larger portion of the renter journey, from property marketing and prospect activity through leasing and resident management.

Silversmith Capital Partners invested in Rentsync to support the company’s continued growth, product development and expansion across the Canadian rental housing industry.

Rentsync acquired Urbanation, a Canadian real estate research and market intelligence company known for its analysis of the multifamily rental and condominium markets.

Urbanation continues to operate as a distinct market intelligence business, while the acquisition expands the broader depth of rental housing expertise and market perspective across the Rentsync organization.
