Located on the edge of Little Italy, College West offers residents a lifestyle rich with
community, culture, and convenience. With that in mind, the goal was to create a
stunning and functional website that highlights the charming, historical
neighbourhood, as well as the modern suites and amenities the building has to offer.
Suites
The suites page features our Floorplan Navigator tool, alongside virtual tours.
The Floorplan Navigator uses the horizontal layout and is customized with the
College West branding.
BetterBot Integration
College West took full advantage our website offerings to create the ultimate
user experience, and became the first property site to launch with our live
BetterBot chatbot.
Digital Marketing
Our creative and digital marketing teams worked to create an effective digital
marketing campaign to reach lease-up goals. College West's strategy focuses on
Rental Listings, Social Media Marketing, and SEO.
