Thorold, Ontario, January 24, 2011 - Landlord Web Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the successful launch of Next Apartment’s new website www.nextapartment.ca. This new website is designed and built on the LIFT System, a proprietary content management system that was designed by Landlord Web Solutions to exclusively power rental websites.
“During my discussions with Ingrid Tanner it became clear that she wanted something unique,” began Jason Leonard, the Director of Business Development at Landlord Web Solutions. “She desired a website that was both easy to use and professional. She wanted to develop a new brand for her buildings and in the end, her goals were achieved.”
The LIFT System has enabled Ingrid to self-manager her own website by providing her an easy to use control panel that allows her to create and update listings, add content and generate news updates. She is now able to have full control over her website without any additional costs.
“During this project our team was also able to help Ingrid in branding her new website,” added Dave Koski, Creative Director at Landlord Web Solutions. “After Jason and Ingrid brainstormed a unique company name – Next Apartment – I was able to develop a slogan and logo for the website. Ingrid can now take that logo and messaging and extend it into her signage and print advertising, thus creating a brand for her company.”
Next Apartment also developed a mobile-friendly website – www.nextapartment.ca/mobile.
