Thorold, Ontario, November 5, 2011 - Landlord Web Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of Homestead Land Holding’s new website www.homestead.ca.
The new website, which features a fresh new design, a unique and interactive search feature, and a state of the art, secured rental application system, was built on the LIFT System, a proprietary content management system (CMS), which was designed by Landlord Web Solutions to exclusively power rental websites. This system gives administrators full control over the content and navigation of their website, allowing internal staff to make a variety of changes to the website without contacting an external web developer.
With the Homestead project Landlord Web Solutions was faced with a new challenge, as Homestead required an online application system that would allow prospects to apply for apartments online. The solution was to create a secured form component to the LIFT System, which would make online applications easy for the renter to submit. The results have been remarkable. Within only three days post-launch, Homestead is already seeing incredible conversion results, resulting in a substantial ROI.
