Avenue Living Launches Sleek New Website with Improved User Experience

Congratulations to Avenue Living, who launched their brand new website on February 14, 2020. 

Avenue Living Communities is western Canada's fastest growing private apartment building owner and operator, and manages over 9,000 rental apartments in over 400 buildings in the midwest provinces. Their mission is to provide quality affordable living accommodations for residents from all walks of life, and they are dedicated to providing housing options for essential workers such as firefighters, law enforcement, health professionals, city workers, and many more.

Due to Avenue Living's increasing portfolio size, they wanted to upgrade their website and include custom filtering for premier suites and promotional offers. To speed up the redesign process, the Landlord Web Solutions (LWS) design team was able to pull visual elements and share their work with Avenue Living in real time. This allowed the client to thoroughly review all designs, give feedback quickly, and approve designs easily and efficiently. 
 
User experience (UX) was at the very core of this redesign. Our efforts were focused on reducing bounce rates and increasing the efficiency of advertising spends by providing an intuitive UX on all pages of the website. Most notably, LWS advised Avenue Living on an alternative design and functionality for their promotional offers, rebuilding this portion of the website from scratch in order to easily direct users to where they want to be. This initiative had to be well thought out due to the variety of suite types, featured listings, promotions, and multiple combinations of elements within one suite listing.
 
The new website has made a significant impact on Avenue Living's overall user experience and rental operations. Avenue Living's Marketing Coordinator, Jeremie Deveaux, shared his excitement around the improved experienced:

"We absolutely love the Avenue Living website redesign! The content of the site is well organized and easy to navigate through; it all flows so seamlessly. We've also taken the redesign as an opportunity to incorporate both floor plans and virtual tours of our suites on the site as well. It's exactly the fresh new look we needed and it's clear we're now providing a better user experience for our prospects and residents."

Along with our ad syndication product (RentSync) that helps Avenue Living display their rental availability on their website and across their advertising, their new website is complete with student rentals and premier suite listing pages, a promotions page, a blog, and much more. This redesign provides Avenue Living with a seamless user experience for prospects and residents, in turn helping the company to fill vacancies faster.

Avenue Living is able to conveniently manage all of these features through The LIFT System, our content management portal for landlords.
