Thorold, Ontario, August 12, 2011 - Landlord Web Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the successful launch of Osgoode Properties' new website - www.osgoodeproperties.com. The website was launched on August 4, 2011, and is the first bilingual website that Landlord Web Solutions has produced.
The website was built on the LIFT System, a proprietary content management system (CMS), which was designed by Landlord Web Solutions to exclusively power rental websites. This system gives administrators full control over the content and navigation of their website, allowing internal staff to make a variety of changes to the website without contacting an external web developer.
The programmers at Landlord Web Solutions worked closely with Osgoode to develop a language tool, which allows users to enter information in both English and French. Also, hard coded terminology that resides within the LIFT System, such as the amenities checklist, has been translated into French, making the system fully bilingual for visitors.
The website also features a large photograph slide show, floor plans, videos and online forms, creating an information rich website for prospective renters to sift through. All of these features utilize cutting edge technology, and they are presented with bright, inviting colours, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
