New Year, New Site! Mainstreet Equity Starts 2020 Off with a Stunning Online Refresh

Congratulations to Mainstreet Equity Corp. who launched their new website on January 8, 2020!

Mainstreet manages over 350 mid-rise properties in 12 cities across British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
 

Mainstreet worked with the LWS team to refresh their website but more importantly, to update it to 2020 standards.

Integration with LWS' ILS partners and Yardi Voyager was also key in making the new website a success. The Yardi Voyager integration allows LWS' LIFT System to intake and update Mainstreet's specific pricing and availability on a unit by unit basis, directly from the Yardi platform. By doing this, the rental information displayed on the website is always up-to-date, resulting in greater efficiency and accuracy for rental prospects. The Yardi Voyager integration for Mainstreet, will be complete in the coming weeks. LWS is an official Yardi Voyager integrated partner.

Along with our rental listings module to help Mainstreet show their availabilities, their new website is complete with a blog, FAQs, staff bios, career listings and news posts, which creates a seamless environment for current and potential renters and team members to communicate within. All are conveniently managed through The LIFT System. 

As a publicly traded company (TSE: MEQ), it was very important for Mainstreet to include a dedicated, comprehensive section of their website aimed specifically at investors and board of directors. This section includes company document downloads, integrated stock charts, press releases and other related informative documents. 

When combined with the use of LWS' RentSync ad syndication product, Mainstreet's new website is poised to be an instrumental tool in their acquisition and retention strategies.
