Thorold, Ontario, July 10, 2012 - Landlord Web Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of Berkley Property Management’s new apartment website www.berkleypm.ca.
The website was built on the LIFT System, a proprietary content management system (CMS), which was designed by Landlord Web Solutions to exclusively power rental websites. This system gives Berkley full control over the content and navigation of their website, allowing internal staff to quickly make changes to the content.
The design of the website brings a fresh new focus on the apartments, condominiums and commercial properties that Berkley manages. Bright new colours and large, vibrant photos in the photo galleries provide a hightened viewing experience to all visitors.
Various new features allow the website to capture and convert more leads. Two such improvements include the property suggestion area located on the right side column of each rental page, which displays a list of properties offered close to that particular building, and the waiting list feature that appear if a property has zero vacancy, allowing renters the option of being added to a waiting list.
The new website also has a new focus on search engine optimization. The complete design of the website, including the URL structures, page headings, content and navigation have all been design in such a way as to allow Berkley’s website to be easily indexed by the search engines.
Couple these new features with the launch Berkley’s new mobile-friendly website, and this company is now leading the way in online rental technology.
