Thorold, Ontario, June 1, 2011 – Landlord Web Solutions is proud to announce the launch of landlordwebsites.ca - a website that offers landlords the opportunity to build their own rental website using a unique website builder with pre-designed themes.
The website builder is actually the LIFT System - a proprietary content management system (CMS) that was built and designed by Landlord Web Solutions. The LIFT system allows landlords of any skill level to easily add, edit and delete content on their own website – without having to contact a third party company.
To set up the website, landlords simply input their data into the LIFT System, upload any photos and floor plans, add suite details, and then select one of the pre-built themed designs. A website can be up in a fraction of the time it would take to build one with another design firm.
Jason Leonard, Director of Business Development at Landlord Web Solutions stated that, “Renters are using the Internet to search for their next home and they’re expecting to be able to find an apartment online. Many smaller landlords are relying on paid advertising sources alone to provide that online presence for them, but that is not enough. Landlords need their own website, and to have their website address included on their signage and print advertising. Landlordwebsites.ca allows landlords with portfolios of all sizes to have that presence online.”
