LWS Expands Leadership Team with New VP of Finance, Linda Hardaker

Landlord Web Solutions (LWS), a leading provider of marketing solutions for the multifamily industry, today announced that Linda Hardaker has been named its new VP of Finance, to round out its leadership team. An accomplished financial executive in the SaaS sector, Ms. Hardaker brings with her extensive experience in finance, planning and analysis, capital markets, IT implementation, as well as corporate strategy development and execution.
"Linda is a talented senior executive whose financial acumen and SaaS industry experience will be an incredible asset to the company," said Jason Leonard, President and Co-Founder, LWS. "Her proven track record of driving business strategy and leading finance teams will have an immense contribution to our management team. We are pleased to welcome her on board."
In her role, Ms. Hardaker will oversee LWS' financial operations, budgeting, business planning, loss prevention and IT, reporting directly to President and Co-Founder, Jason Leonard. As a Growth 500 Company, this new role will play an integral part in the continued financial success of the company as it expands its resources and product strategy.
Ms. Hardaker has two decades of finance and accounting experience. She joins LWS from Omnigo Software, where she was Director of Financial Operations. Prior to her role, she was Chief Financial Officer at iView Systems by Omnigo, where she spent more than a decade and held increasingly senior roles in areas including human resources, treasury, contracts and facility management. She was further instrumental in negotiating contracts with large multinational corporations to increase iView's customer base on an international level and lead internal project teams to build RFP responses, strategy execution, and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Hardaker is a CPA, CMA, and holds an accounting degree from York University.
