How To Write Apartment Building Description That Sells

The calibre of copy that appears on the building listing page of a rental website can help to increase leads.  So, when writing a building description it’s important to keep in mind that you’re trying to sell the renter a lifestyle, not just an apartment.  A renter is looking for their next home and they need to be able to see that your unit is the best fit for them.

Putting some extra effort into writing the perfect building description can help to set your building apart from other units in the area, and will allow your website visitors to see what life at the property could be like.   Below are two examples of building descriptions that I wrote.  Both contain the same factual information, but each is different in how it delivers that information to the reader.  Which ad persuades you more?

Even though each ad contained the same factual data, one was a able to clearly set itself apart.  The point I'm trying to make is that copy can sell when used properly.  By putting some extra effort into writing your ads you can stand to reap a great reward!
