About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help build and maintain digital marketing campaigns including pay-per-click advertising through Google and Facebook, email marketing, and content writing.
This position involves working with our team of digital strategists and directly with clients to foster coherent and successful campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and email marketing campaigns
- Developing cohesive content marketing strategies, including writing and editing short and long written works
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Managing and communicating with clients, and providing excellent customer service at each level of the value chain
- Consulting with clients on digital strategy and helping to suggest new campaign opportunities and/or strategic changes
You will be required to:
- Create, manage, and report on campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Business, and email marketing platforms
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in digital advertising
- Maintain strong and effective communication with the team through a variety of inter-team software tools including Slack, Wrike, and G-Suite
- Maintain relevant certifications for Google Ads (search, display, video), Google Analytics, and Facebook Business

- You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, software, and trends, and are willing to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, software, and trends
- To be successful in this role, you need to be a strong independent thinker, have strong attention to detail, and be a team player
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working on SEM and SMM campaigns
- At least 1 year of experience working on email marketing campaigns
- Google Ads certification with specialties in Search, Display and Video
- Facebook Blueprint certification
- Experience using SMM marketing tools (i.e. Hootsuite, AdEspresso)
- Experience writing and editing SEO friendly content
- Experience collecting and analyzing data, and creating meaningful reports
